Welcome Screen \u00e8 composto da uno schermo video integrato con un sensore Microsoft Kinect. Quest\u2019ultimo permette di ottenere una mappa tridimensionale dell’ambiente in cui \u00e8 inserito e di identificare e registrare la presenza e i movimenti delle persone che si muovono di fronte al sensore stesso.<\/p>\n

E\u2019 cos\u00ec possibile trasformare i movimenti delle persone in gesti e azioni per interagire in modo innovativo, naturale e intuitivo con programmi e giochi installati su di un computer.<\/p>\n

COSA FA?<\/h4>\n

Welcome Screen permette di interagire con le persone e di trasmettere loro dei messaggi attraverso un gioco.\u00a0Sullo schermo appaiono delle scene e dei personaggi. Le persone di fronte si vedono inquadrate all\u2019interno di queste scene mentre il sensore Kinect ne rileva i movimenti e li traduce in \u201crisposte\u201d per il programma che controlla il \u201cgioco\u201d.<\/p>\n

E\u2019 quindi possibile instaurare un dialogo, anche di tipo \u201cbotta e risposta\u201d, tra i personaggi che appaiono sullo schermo e le persone presenti differenziando i contenuti sulla base delle reazioni delle persone e dell\u2019et\u00e0 (bambini \/ adulti).\u00a0L’alternarsi delle battute e dei diversi personaggi stimola la curiosit\u00e0 del visitatore e permette di veicolare pi\u00f9 efficacemente il messaggio desiderato.<\/p>\n

SPERIMENTAZIONE\/APPLICAZIONE<\/h4>\n

Attualmente installato presso la biglietteria di Palazzo Madama a Torino.<\/p>\n
